Terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
- Full payment is accepted upfront via Paypal USD or Venmo. Only send payment after I give confirmation.- Progress updates and revisions will not be provided in the process, unless with an additional fee. All details of your order must be included in your initial request.- No major revisions once commission is completed. I will only make revisions if I missed any details on my end. (ex: missed character design element)- No refunds; unless I have not started your order over 3 weeks, or if I have to cancel your commission for any reason. In that case you will be refunded in full.- Rush orders may not always be available. I have the right to decline rush requests if I am unable to meet the deadline.- Commissioners will receive unwatermarked version of the commission.- Credit my social media (sneilkun) if reposting commission anywhere.- I have the right to use commissioned work in my provided examples and upload it on social media. Private commissions are +25% the original price.- I have the right to decline any commission requests.
commercial usage
- Commissions are by default for personal use only (icons, banners, personal physical items, any non-commercial printing purpose, etc.)- Monetized content fee is +100% the original price. (streaming, promotional material for monetary profit, etc.)- Commercial merchandising fee is +300% the original price. (merchandise, selling the work for direct monetary profit, etc.)
